Refund Policy

Please read on to learn when and how you can apply for a refund.

-You can cancel the paid subscription anytime. Once you cancel, the subscription will no longer automatically renew, you will not be charged again, and you will continue to enjoy the VIP benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. You won't be refunded for the period between when you cancel and when your VIP ends.

-Once a refund has been processed, the VIP benefits will not available. You also won't be charged again until you start a new VIP plan.

-Refunds will be returned to the payment method used when you purchased the VIP services. Most refunds are processed within 3-10 business days( the processing time depends on the bank or carrier).

- We recommend you try the free trial before making the final decision. In this way, you will know if our program is suitable for you. You can cancel the free trial before the end to avoid being rolled over into a paid subscription.

Circumstances of Refund

1)  You have a persistent technical issue with our program, and our Support Team hasn't been able to resolve it within 30 days. If you have encountered a technical problem with the program, with the installation and/or use of the purchased Effect set with a compatible program, contact our Support Team. Please provide a detailed description, screenshots of the issue, and any additionally requested information. If the Support Team does not solve your problem within 30 days, you may request a refund. Please note: if you don’t provide the information needed, we won't be able to process the refund.

2) You have accidentally purchased the same VIP services twice or more within 14 days. If you bought the same VIP services within 14 days, the payments for the duplicate orders will be refunded. In this case, please contact us with your transaction information.

Circumstances of Refund Rejected

-Non-technical Circumstances

1) An unplanned charge was caused because the subscription hadn't been canceled before the renewal date. Monthly/quarterly/annually membership will automatically renew monthly/quarterly/annually, and some plans which provide free trials will start to charge after the free trial period. Please cancel the subscription if you don't want to be charged for an unplanned service. 

2) You won't be refunded for the period between when you cancel and when your VIP ends, also we will not refund for the elapsed billing periods.

3) We do not offer partial refunds for any VIP services.

4) Failure to read the details of terms before purchasing. For example, do not know that monthly/quarterly/annually membership will automatically renew monthly/quarterly/annual, and some plans which provide free trials will start to charge after the free trial period.

5) Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's function and/or results. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before making their final purchase decision. We do not refund if products fail to meet a customer's needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer, of the product's functions and capabilities.

6) A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud/other unauthorized payment. We recommends the customer contacts the card issuer if there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment. 

7) Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.

8) There may be price differences in some regions, we will not refund due to price differences.

9) A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.

-Technical Circumstances

1) A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the support team.

2) Our program currently supports 64-bit Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 systems, Intel or AMD, higher than 2GHz processor, and not less than 3GB RAM. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before making their final purchase decision, according to the operating system to correct the choice to prevent a wrong purchase.
